Industriprodukter AS is an enterprise design to help people with special needs back into ordinary work.
The factory is situated in the industrial area Sørlifeltet in Halden, Norway. The enterprise has 110 employees and has a turnover of approximately 55 mil NOK. The production area is 6600 m2 in 3 buildings.
The enterprise is owned by Halden kommune – the municipality of Halden.
Industriprodukter AS is an ISO 9001 certified company and also an “Environmental Lighthouse Enterprise.”
Industriprodukter AS has more than 40 year of experience and modern production equipment – and delivers its products to customers both in Norway and Sweden.
The company consists of 3 departments - Electronic, Catering and a Rehabilitation Department.

IP Elektro - Electronics department is a production and assembly plant, for everything from wire and cable sets, electronic control systems, lamps and illumination, systems of transmission lines etc. The department has modern cable machines and produces for approximately 15 mill NOK pr. Year, with approximately 20 employees.
Our biggest customers are Flexit Norway and Flexit Sweden, Noral, Elektrovakuum, Glamox, Høvik Lys.

IP Catering offers tasty food of high quality. We have a modern kitchen and deliver food to both enterprises and private persons.
The department runs both external cantines and our two own cantines. The department has one chef and three cooks, and has apprentices on a regular basis.
The Catering Department employs 13 persons.
We deliver baguettes, sandwiches, buffets, Christmas dinners, tapas and dinners for meetings and parties and “take away”.
The department has a turnover of approximately 6 -7 mill NOK

The Rehabilitation Department takes care of 150 person’s pr. year, in need of our services to get back into ordinary work.
These services can be clarification, mapping, testing working capacity, individual coaching, qualification, skills and personal development.
Our co operational partners are Halden kommune and NAV, the Labor and Welfare service of Norway.
IP Center of Competence offers courses and education in a number of areas:
